Art Supplies
Hi there,
Cowan's is an office supply store with a serious art supply addiction! We have been in business for over 40 years, and have been selling art supplies for about half of that time. We started selling art supplies when we identified a real need for good quality affordable art supplies to support the students attending the Kootenay School of the Arts, as well as the numerous local artists in the area. We are located in Historic Nelson BC, the Queen City of the Kootenays. We have struggled with different platforms over the years to get our art supplies online and finally found the right fit for us and opened our art supply website in late 2015, so this is a fairly new endeavor for us, we hope you like it.
Our art department team is headed up by our manager Karen, with support from Jasmine. One of them is in the store everyday that we are open, Monday to Saturday.
