We ship from our shop in Nelson, BC via Canada Post across Canada and to the lower 48 U.S. states. Parcel shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Office furniture and oversize/freight items are excluded from free shipping.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the lower 48 states via Canada Post, with prices shown in USD.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
- $9.99 USD flat shipping on smaller, standard-size orders
- Heavier orders are calculated by weight at checkout; oversize and freight items are quoted separately
Oversize & freight items
Furniture, large boards, filing cabinets, machines, and other bulky or heavy goods are too large for standard parcel shipping, so they ship by freight. At checkout you’ll see “Oversize item — freight quoted separately” with a $75 freight deposit. After your order, we’ll contact you with the final freight cost before it ships. Free-shipping thresholds do not apply to oversize or freight items.

Shipping eligibility
Cowan’s reserves the right to determine which items qualify for free or standard shipping, including after an order has been placed. If an item is heavier, larger, or ships differently than our system estimated, we may adjust the shipping method or cost and will contact you before proceeding.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
