Retarder is an additive used to increase the oPENTEL STATIONARY CANADA LTD (drying) time of acrylic paints. Useful for wet in wet techniques and reducing skinning on the palette. Regularly stocked in 4oz. / 118ml bottles. Larger sizes available by special order - call for pricing
