Open The Joy's cards for spreading kindness include 56 simple gestures to make the world a kinder place. Performing good deeds helps children develop self-confidence, gratitude and empathy. They are therefore essential for building emotional intelligence in children. On each card, you'll find an action to make someone happy, as well as a time indicator to help you predict how long it will take. Then, once the good action has been completed, turn your card over and write the date and the names of those who helped spread the joy.
